For each folded book pattern you will need:

The manual provided with the bookfolding pattern (in cm and mm for precision)
A hardbacked book measuring at least 20cm (8") in height
The number of pages in your book depend on the number of letters. Please allow approximately 80 numbered pages per letter (so for a 4 letter word, you'll need a book of at least 320 numbered pages)
Microsoft Excel or Open Office Calc to open and use your chosen pattern
You may wish to use one of our folding tools to create a neater, sharper fold and crease. These are available on the bottom of this page.

After the order has been confirmed, we'll start designing the pattern for you. We always try to email the pattern to you as soon as possible, you'll receive the pattern within 48 hours. Please make sure you're email address is correct, as we will email this pattern to you.
You'll receive a clear manual together with the pattern, this manual will explain how to read and use the pattern.

The book you need for this pattern varies from pattern to pattern. For this custom word or name it's difficult to give a good number. On estimate you can calculate 50 pages per letter, please be aware that this is a very rough estimate and that the final result can differ from this number.
